Jack Massey, the son of club legend and life member Michael Massey, and Sam Hawkins have been selected in the U12 ECA representative team for season 2019/20.
This is a fantastic achievement for both Sam and Jack, and the club is incredibly proud to have them represent us in the upcoming carnival in January.
Both boys have played the 2019/20 season in our U12A side, showing their skills with both bat and ball.
Jack has started strongly with the bat, scoring 77 runs in three innings with a highest score of 50* and an average of 77. He has also bowled strongly to take 4 wickets and currently leads the team bowling average.
Sam has also been in the runs, scoring 46 runs in three innings with a highest score of 40, and has shown that he is dangerous with the ball, taking 2 wickets in just four overs.
The club would like to wish them all the best in their upcoming carnival.
