MACC is run entirely by volunteers and we are always seeking enthusiastic people to join our team. We currently have the following vacancies for which we are looking for people to assist
JUNIOR/MASTER BLASTER COORDINATOR
Run on Friday nights from 5:30pm, we are seeking a volunteer to
- Be a contact for queries from new participants
- Order equipment for the program
- Coordinate helpers/volunteers from the parent/senior playing group
- Communicate dates/information to participants
SPONSORSHIP COORDINATOR
We rely heavily on our generous sponsors to ensure the club remains operational, we are seeking a volunteer to
- Review current sponsorship packages
- Implement strategies to maintain current sponsors and attract potential new sponsors
- Oversee the implementation of all sponsorship agreements
GIRLS CRICKET COACH/TEAM MANAGER
We have previously entered a girl’s cricket team in the Inner East Girls Cricket League which takes place on Wednesday evenings from 5pm. We are seeking an enthusiastic coach/parent to
- assist with getting a group of primary school aged girls together to form a team
- With assistance from the committee, coordinate pre-season ‘come and try’ days, training and match days
MEMBER PROTECTION OFFICER
As a club, we have recently adopted Cricket Australia’s Policy for Safeguarding Children and Young People. We are seeking a Member Protection Officer to
- be the first point of contact for all safeguarding Children and Young People matters.

GOODSPORTS COORDINATOR
Mont Albert Cricket Club (MACC) is displaying a commitment to responsible alcohol management, a smoke free environment and safe transport with Level Three accreditation under the Australian Drug Foundation’s Good Sports program. We are seeking a volunteer to
- review club goodsport policies annually and ensure these are available on the club website and in the social rooms
- ensure compliance with requirements under level 3 accreditation and complete online accreditation as required
