within the Juniors and Seniors tabs, you can visit the clubs statistics pages and much more regarding fixtures, results and ladders.
For most clubs, statistics go back to when MyCricket was first introduced in the late 2000s. Going back any further would require a mountain of manual work: locating old scorebooks; collating missing pages from other clubs; and manually entering scores from more than 80 matches each season. For most clubs, this would take the work of a full team of dedicated volunteers.
Fortunately for MACC, we are unique. We have Jeff “Molly” Mollison! One of Molly’s passions is MACC statistics. His knowledge and recall has always been astonishing (even before electronic records). However, long-standing life member has decided to go one better, and place MACC in a very unique position. As it stands, the MACC senior and veterans statistics have been updated for the past 50 years!!! That is quite remarkable, and there is only one man to thank. I can’t even begin to imagine how frustrating trawling through old books would be, but Molly has done it all in the background.
On behalf of MACC, we would like to thank Molly, who has provided years of service to the club, but in the past few years has gone above and beyond the call of duty.
