To help develop a culture of ongoing learning, development and mentoring at Mont Albert, the club has organized for Cricket Victoria to deliver a Level 1 Community Coaching Course exclusively to Mont Albert players and coaches.
The course will be perfect for:
- Senior players wanting to develop their own game
- Current or prospective junior coaches looking for some additional tips and guidance for coaching players and running sessions
- Senior players who want to help coach, develop and mentor younger players
The course will be FREE to Mont Albert players and coaches.

The course will be run on Sunday 5 September, 9:15-11:15am at Mont Albert CC
Registrations close Friday 20 August so please register ASAP.

PRE-REQUISITES
Prior to attending the course, participants need to complete the following pre-requisites:
- Complete the ‘Introduction to Coaching’ modules. Please see the following link on how to access these modules: Introduction to Coaching Registration Tutorial
- Download/update the CA Coach App and complete the new ‘Junior Coach Course’. This course is Part A of your Community Level 1 Accreditation and MUST be completed prior to attending the course so that the facilitator can sign off on your completion. You will not be accredited until this component is completed.
- Those coaching junior teams also need to ensure they you have a valid Working with Children Check. Please bring a copy of your WWCC or a receipt or your application. Other players are encouraged to get a free WWCC as well
